Our Anodised Aluminium Nameplates provide a durable and high-quality solution for your identification needs. Through the anodising process, a robust oxide layer is formed on the aluminium surface, enhancing resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and fading. This makes them ideal for environments requiring long-lasting and resilient labeling.
Printing Method
We employ advanced printing technique we call NanoPrint – This technique involves digitally printing full-colour, high-resolution images directly into the anodic layer of open-pore anodised aluminium using nano-solvent inks. Once printed, the aluminium is sealed, embedding the image within the anodised layer. This process creates a durable, long-lasting image that is resistant to chemicals and scratches. The prints also have an impressive UV resistant rating of 10 years for black and 5 years for colour prints in full exposure conditions.
Mounting
For easy installation, our anodised nameplates can be supplied with pre-drilled holes suitable for rivets or screws. Alternatively, we offer high-strength adhesive backings that adhere securely to various surfaces, including metal, plastic, and powder-coated finishes, ensuring a straightforward and reliable mounting process.

Our capabilities include cutting, pressing, or laser cutting the aluminium to achieve the desired form. Finishing options such as corner cropping and hole punching are available to facilitate mounting and enhance aesthetics.
Laser Engraved Anodised Nameplates
Our laser engraved anodised plates are created using advanced fibre laser engraving, which delivers highly detailed, silver/white markings on black or coloured anodised aluminium. This cutting-edge technique offers superior durability compared to other marking methods.
Engraving Method
This technique uses fibre laser technology to permanently mark intricate silver/white details and images onto black and coloured anodised aluminium. The process results in a product that is the most resistant to sunlight (UV-radiation), abrasion, high-temperatures, salt-spray and chemical exposure.

Utilising precision laser cutting, we can produce plates in various shapes and sizes. Choose from our wide range of standard press tool shapes, or we can manufacture custom designs to suit your needs. Additional finishing options include corner cropping and hole pressing in different sizes to accommodate specific mounting preferences.
